Our Brown & Sharpe screw machines
Brown and Sharpe screw machines are perfect for any low complex quick-turn part needs. We have 18 Brown & Sharpe screw machines online. They are capable of running around bars, hex bars, or square bar stock.
These screw machines can be arranged with a series of different tools to allow for complex automatic screw machine work to be done such as tapping, forming, threading, and broaching. Here at our Oregon screw machine shop, we use them to manufacture long cut to length tubes, thread thru bosses or weldments, and plastic washers along with many other parts. We run small to medium quantities starting at 500 pieces minimum with a bar diameter of 1-5/8” round capacity.
